This spot is set to be a creative epicenter with Raasin in the Sun's new Headquarters and boasting 204 rad rental apartments, an artist incubator, and a lineup of cool commercial spaces!
We're stoked to be part of the vibrant J.J. Seabrook community, with green spaces, bike-friendly vibes, and jaw-dropping public art in the works.
