3% Cover the Fee

  • Yes. Raasin in the Sun is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt acknowledging your contribution for tax purposes.

  • Yes. Once your donation is processed, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. This receipt serves as your official tax acknowledgement. If you have any issues, reach out to us at info@raasininthesun.org.

  • Unless you direct your gift otherwise, donations go to RITS's General Fund — supporting operations, artist wages, community programming, and the flexibility to take on projects that aren't fully covered by grants or sponsorships. These are the funds that keep us moving.

  • Absolutely. During checkout, you'll have the option to dedicate your gift. We can also send an acknowledgment to the person you're honoring if you'd like — just include their information in the notes field.

For over a decade, Raasin in the Sun has turned empty walls into declarations, and empty lots into gathering places.

RITS was founded on a simple belief: that art is not a luxury. It is how communities remember themselves, recognize themselves, and make room for each other.

Every project we do — from the walls of Music Lane to the cultural corridor of Block 16 & 18 — is rooted in that belief. And none of it happens without the people who choose to support it. Together we make Austin a work of art.
